Ordered their virtual card, no online purchases work. Multiple errors the most common one is the bank declined my purchase. The support staff respond to emails but give no actual help nor do they check your previous contacts with them, instead requesting you to provide your details each time. No resolution yet and am looking to take the to the Small Claims Court as it clearly is not accepted everywhere Mastercard is.

My first time donating at CSL Plasma about a year ago I got $100..except I didn't. Someone else had access to the card before I even UNLOCKED it, then used MY MONEY FROM MY PLASMA for their own well-being. Now I believe I lost $20 which I on-purpose kept in the account. When I've tried calling them it's always someone you can NEVER understand, then they make it such an issue. I didn't even get my $100 from the first time I donated, they said it wasn't my card and all this BS. Now as I am typing this out, I am unable to look at my transactions to see what happened. If needed I will do what's needed to sue the absolute hell out of this "company". I will get friends, police, and everyone else involved too. Do NOT use mypaymentvault, it is not trustworthy whatsoever, Thank you for your time.

Need to spend hours back and forth setting up account with them to just use a petty $100 gift card. Its not worth it. Just for $100 gift card, they want full identity documents, address and so many personal data which they can sell and make much more out of that. SCAM.

Idk but my card 20 euro still not transaction accepted they say is blocked 24h so will be total unblcok so i can use but still not happy whit this experience i just want to buy a game and just refuse to make the transaction.

Same experience as everyone else. They give you a few bogus excuses about why the card won't work and when you press them, they hang up or end the online chat. Total scam. The retailer, Nokian Tires, who offered the rebate will be hearing from me for a refund.

Their customer service is atrocious. You can't get ahold of anyone. I even tried thier live chat but no one was available and the session just kept timing out. Also, their FAQs are incorrect so I was trying to figure out my problem with incorrect information. Do not use My Payment Vault! I'm unable to use my money to make purchases.

They suck. Card froze withing 5 minutes of getting it, they couldnt help and live support is trash. Have to wait 24 hours to use the card that took me 2 weeks to earn. And they blockef saying i used it without a cvv, you cant even submit a payment without typing the cvv so how can that be possible.
