Timely, prompt and gentle delivery! I have not opened the crate and don't anticipate baking in these ovens until approximately May, as my kitchen is currently being built. Stay tuned for a quality product review in a few months!

I ordered $845 worth of Thrustmaster products, order number ABT140346488 nearly 1.5 months ago. The items were financed and I have already been making payments on the items. Now on February 28th the order shows delivered by UPS to Glenview IL. I live in Lakeland Florida. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing items online. I would not recommend anyone order products from Abt. They obviously do not care at all about their customers.

Igor and umberto were on time. They called an hour in advance They were polite and kept everything clean. Igor took the time to explain all the equipment and detailed the warranty. It’s all working and we are very pleased.

Wence was kind, considerate, professional, thorough, careful, and efficient. Best large item delivery ever.

Delivery was right on time. We had a problem with our old vent so the crew replaced it right on the spot. And cleaned up. We can't say enough about how courteous and helpful all the Abt associates have always been. Doubt we'll ever buy appliances anywhere else!

I would strongly recommend that people stay away from ABT. If you run into any performance or quality issues, they will try to force you into accepting their solution to the problem. There are too many excellent electronic retailers. Sad to say that ABT is far from excellent – or even good.

Placed an order, was prompted after hours to do some type of verification phone call within 24 hours. The next morning (14 hours later) my order was cancelled with a message saying I could only process the order with a wire-transfer. After a 15 minute call with a fairly rude customer service rep I was informed that my billing and shipping address were different, causing the verification to pop up. No explanation why the 24 hour window wasn't honored, or why I couldn't place an order with a different billing/shipping address. Asking customers to initiate a wire transfer in 2023? Are you kidding? I found the same product on Amazon for 10% less and free next day shipping.

We apologize for the inconvenience our security measures may have caused. When Abt's web order verification department processed the order it did not meet the automated security checks. A different bill to and ship to address wouldn’t trigger an alert flag. This order was flagged as fraud by our 3rd party verification company. In order to proceed with the order an alternate method of payment was needed (wire transfer).
