Robert Williams had kept me informed of the price. He was very quick in getting me a quote. Their rate was very competitive.

Horrible company. All they do is make false promises claim to be a transporter and then they lie and say it fell through and then try to double your rate. And when you want a refund they will give you a 50 dollar refund and then the other 150 as a certificate to their poorly ran poorly managed business and act like they did you a favor after you've had to spend a week begging for your refund. Untrustworthy and shady. If you want to be treated like a rube by someone who seems like they work more for the transport company than you with their negotiations and go on about million dollar insurance as their excuse for a car that isn't worth even a fraction of that maybe go with this company. Update: they haven't even refunded my $50 yet and the Juan tried to raise it to $100 for me to remove my review but still hasn't sent over the $50 even

Was charged 3x the amount that I was quoted (after haggling) and additionally had to wait an extra day than proposed to me. Vehicle arrival time was inconsistent, had to wait hours past the time frame for my car to arrive. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star is because there was at least good communication throughout when it came to updates, and I was able to say yes/no to the driver/price prior to any commitments. This separates this company from other services which lock you in to whatever driver they get.

I was quoted a price of $1045 and then was told it would be $1900. After a day of haggling, I was told it would be $1500. I waited for three days past the date I was promised it would be shipped. This is a horrible company!!! I have used car shippers on 3 prior occasions with no issues.
