Hi Kristen, Thank you for sharing your experience! Auto shipping can definitely feel overwhelming with so much conflicting information out there, so we’re glad Jerry was able to put your mind at ease. Providing clear answers, fair rates, and fast service is what we strive for. We appreciate your recommendation and hope your father enjoys the vehicle!

Hi Gene, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the chaotic experience, schedule changes, and communication breakdown you experienced during your Atlanta to Phoenix shipment. While driver dispatch and delivery schedules can shift due to carrier logistics, clear communication and seamless handling are baseline expectations that we missed here. We also want to clarify our payment policies with our dispatch team so unexpected demands at delivery don't happen. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your order details further to see how we can make things right—please contact our management team directly.
