Had a complicated passport situation with name change, needing to supply many documents and they were just fantastic. I was so nervous because of course i was misguided by the post office clerk who sealed my docs as to what to include. So i had to send in more documents. Yet, I STILL got my passport at least a week before I even expected it. Tim was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and the entire staff really went out of their way to get things in order! Even the receptionist was great! I am so grateful that I will now be able to attend an important program for my studies abroad! Thank you A Briggs for a CLASS ACT and fantastic customer service. truly it was old fashioned, available and willing customer service. Thank you!

I was going to India on fairly short notice, and lately there have been delays at the consulate so I was worried. I got my visa in 11 days as opposed to the 18 it took my friend who used another service. Also, as soon as the visa was at the consulate, A Briggs knew the day they would get it out and provided that information, which was more than other services were able to do. They were very organized and knew exactly what was going on at all times. I worked with Janice at the Boston office and it was great to be able to sit down with someone face to face. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

We thought our trip was going to be in jeopardy, but Abriggs made the bucket list trip a possibility. It was great to have local reps in Seattle who returned calls quickly and although we never met them they did such a great job over the phone it felt like they were standing there holding your hand through the whole process.
