Keeping in mind the snowstorm and the Presidents Day holiday, Irina did a great job in securing my Saudi Arabian visa.

Abriggs returned the wrong visa type to me with no prior warning or support in order to help me ensure that I could get the visa I required. Incredibly disappointing because I have used Abriggs consistently for four years to get China visas and in the past they have proactively reached out if there was any uncertainty from the embassy and provided the support I needed to ensure I got the right visa. I would have expected that the high price I paid to go through them would be met with a certain standard in terms of responsiveness and service.

10" of snow dumped on the day I was supposed to have my passport shipped, which was only 2 days from my trip to China. Fedex and UPS couldn't get it to me, due to the weather, but folks at Abriggs somehow got to their office and after trying many couriers, finally found someone to drive in really bad weather (3 hours) to get to my house. My contact at Abriggs called me and the courier dozens of times trying to make it all work. I will use them in the future, no question...

I have used A Briggs for a number of years for passport renewals, visas, etc, etc. They are incredibly professional, very easy to work with, make everything clear. I cannot say enough positive things about them! Would never use anyone else. Thank you A Briggs!!!!!

I decided last minute to go to Brazil and didn't have a passport or visa. Freaking out I thought it was impossible to get everything done in time for I didn't have three whole days to waste driving to Miami consulate and needed everything ASAP. I called abriggs and spoke to Marvin. He was very calm and told me he could help me handle everything. Not only did he help me calm down but made my entire trip possible. He handled everything for me and got it all in time to me for my trip!! He was amazing! He never left me hanging either he would text me and keep me updated with everything so I knew I wasn't being scammed. I will never wait last minute again for a trip. But if you ever need help definitely go through abriggs and ask for Marvin!! He is a miracle worker!

My wife born a new baby while we were on vacations in US. We wanted to come back our homeland very quickly but our baby needed a passport to travel with us. I've used Briggs service twice for a China visa and passport renewal. Both times they were super professional, ready to answer questions, knowledgeable. The fee for their service is significant, but for me, it was worth the expense....the quality of service justifies the fee.
