This was my first time ever applying for a visa, so I wanted to make sure that I chose an agency that not only would take my documents to the consulate, but would be helpful. I called someone at the Houston office & he was easy to talk to & patient with my questions. I emailed a woman here in the Denver office & she was just as helpful. She let me drop by her office to have her look over my papers, which made me feel better, in case anything needed to be changed or added. They processed my visa quickly & sent emails when the received the paperwork & when they were sending it back. I'm really glad I chose this agency & if I have future visa needs, I will definitely chose them again

My visa was obtained in just a few days, very efficient. The recommendations assumed the visa is needed in a hurry. I was not in a hurry, but there was no reference for how long the non-urgent request would take and I have so little experience with Briggs that I feared my request would get lost. There was nothing to base that on except my own anxiety for losing my passport. With over a month until my trip, I think I could have sent it a less expensive way.

Website is very basic and creates concern on trust. Would like more proactive feedback on where the passport is in the visa process.

Needed to get China Visas ASAP--Briggs came through without a hitch. The rep. I dealt with was very professional. Why would anyone go anywhere else for this service?

I had an excellent experience here. I needed to get a Visa for China and had no idea what i was doing. They gave me a lot of excellent information and corrected any mistakes i made on the application process. It only took me a couple of weeks, because I had a lot of other things to take care of. If you want it to be quick, it can only take a few days. The people were very nice. They even introduced me to one of the best coffee makers I have ever seen... Well done.
