A BriggsReviews of abriggs.com

We are traveling to Brazil and could not get an appointment with the Consulate in time. When we walked into the office, the team was handling an emergency situation and to see them work together to resolve it really made me feel confident that they would take care of me if anything happened to me in another country. Great Team!

I have used A Briggs for ten years, since an emergency passport renewal and then many visa over the years. Their service is pleasant, reasonably priced, consistent and friendly; Janice Ferri in the Boston office is always a delight to work with especially. I've used other visa services over the years -- I am a very heavy traveler -- but A Briggs is by far the best!

I have been using abriggs for many years now--specifically utilizing their visa services for business travel. Their website is so easy to use, and the checklists are beyond helpful--to make sure you have all the required documents necessary. Whenever I visit the Boston office, the staff is always so nice and helpful. I can always rely on abriggs, and will continue to use them in the future.

Abriggs came through and processed the travel docs I needed on really short notice. Top notch service!

I was told by CIBT that I could not get my Brazil Visa in a week's time. They literally turned me away. Their only suggestion was to book a last minute flight from Cincinnati to Washington DC and hope that someone at the Brazilian Consulate would be in a good mood and help me. Abriggs told me they would take care of it within minutes of hearing my issue. Not only did they do it. They did it with excellence and beat their delivery date by one full day. That's amazing. That's unheard of. I'm a client for life.

I honestly didn't think I was going to get the visa but when I contacted them the took care of me from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. And its affordable too. Don't think twice call them.

I called with questions and they had answers for them all, and were very helpful. Most importantly, they met the dates they promised on their website. Couldn't have been easier.

I had a great experience with A Briggs to get my new passport expedited. The website was a little busy however they answered all my questions over the phone. Once I gathered the necessary documents and had them sent, they called me with a question. I appreciated the follow-up. The whole process was quicker that expected. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an expedited passport.
