I was pleased that I got my visa, but it took five days for me to get the supposedly overnighted Fed Ex package, a service I had paid for. I was told on Monday that it would arrive by Tuesday, and it didn't arrive until Friday. When I called, I was told it was a "problem with the shipper."
I feel that I should have been refunded the Fed Ex return fee, and that Briggs should keep a closer eye on the shipping process.

Not really sure what I paid for...
Needing expedited Visas for the UK, I knew that I could contact the British Consulate directly but didn't want to take any chances. I signed up for the expedited service for 2 Visas and paid over $700 to Abriggs for the pleasure. I followed their detailed list online (available free on the website) and sent a package to Abriggs, who couriered it over to the Consulate. There were delays which no one could explain at the Consulate, and other than having someone "check on the status" with the Consulate, there was "nothing that we can do" to expedite things further with the Consulate, I was told by Abriggs representatives.
I did ALSO pay the Consulate's expedite fee and understand that even though they took 3+ weeks to process the 2-4 day expedite, I am not entitled to a refund from them and Abriggs disclaims any involvement or ability to help with that situation either.
So, to sum up, I spent $700 to follow a free online checklist, mail my stuff to the intermediary who took my package over to the Consulate and then, 3 weeks later, picked it up and fedex it back to me... which the Consulate would have done for me if I have included the proper return packaging... so it actually took 2 days longer by using them.
I have my Visa just in time for my trip, so really I'm just out the extra $1,000 I spent on expediting between the two groups. Great and easy to understand online checklists, but questionable need for their actual service. Good luck and safe travels all.

Second time ive used Abriggs and am so happy with them
I'm very happy with Abriggs, in particular the NYC office and their handling of my Tier 5 Creative and Sportive Work Permit. They are so knowledgeable and their ability to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I am so thankful for them and this is the second time they have managed to help me successfully get my work permit sorted with the British Consulate. I am so happy Lucas Harvie was the person I had to deal with as he is amazing and helped me so much on both my work pemits.

Professional and timely
I needed a Business Visa for Vietnam. The directions on the ABRIGGS website were clear and I submitted materials online and through the mail (e.g., passport to get VISA sticker). Very easy to do with ABRIGGS. I have my passport return with Visa stamp in less than 1 week. The one item that was "tough to swallow" was the fee....~$400.00. I'm not sure how much was the Visa itself and how much was the ABRIGGS processing and mailing.
I will use them again for any upcoming trips to Vietnam.

Speedy, hassle free visa processing
I utilized Abriggs services to process a business visa to Brazil. After searching online, I moved forward with Abriggs and was very pleased with the whole process.
Their instructions for submission were easy, I liked that they provided confirmation email upon receipt of my documents, and turnaround time was within the specified time frame.
The process was very easy, and I'd recommend to anyone needing assistance with visa services.
