Always quick and reliable!

This was my first time applying for a Visa and I was very nervous. This was for China. The information was a bit confusing. I loved using Briggs to help me walk through the steps. The first time I called the guy explained the steps and was helpful. Then a couple days later I started filling out the application. I had an issue and called. i had to leave a message. as no one answered. I tried later and again left a message. No return called and about 4-5 hours later I tried again and got someone. She was great. She also assured me that if anything was amiss they would call me and help me get whatever would be needed. That helped so much to know they would be there. I never did get a call back on the two messages I left. I did get my Visa in about 6 days. YEAH!!!

I was a little nervous to mail my passport an my traveling livelihood to an agency for assistance. But, when I leaned that the Brazilian Embassy was booked up for Visa appointments months in advance of my upcoming trip, I knew I needed another option. They emailed and called me throughout the entire process and even knew when I could expect to have my visa. I liked being in the loop and I think their process is amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone. They do all the work and you just sit back and wait!

I could not have asked for more from A. Briggs. The website was clear and concise. The web form that assists in filling out the visa forms worked very well. It would make the process easy for anyone who is trying to obtain a foreign visa for the first time. I have used another service, most recently for our son to travel to China with my wife, who is from China. I called twice and didn't receive an answer. I left a message and did not get a return call. Getting a visa when you've paid for a very expensive airline ticket can be nerve racking. Every time I sent them another document, they wanted something else that was not on the list of documents. With A. Briggs, I filled in the online form. Printed it, paid for the service, and then printed out a pre-paid shipping label generated by them. I gathered the required documents which the website clearly indicated, put it in the envelope, and dropped it off at FedEx. Not once did I receive a call saying there was a problem. I did get status emails letting me know my materials were received, and that they would contact me immediately if there were any problems. I received an email a few days later stating that my visa had been processed and would ship that day. My passport with visa was delivered the next morning to my home. They provided the option to NOT require a signature, which helped me to rest easy because I work and could not be home to receive it. I returned from work and found it at my door. I have obtained visas to travel to China about 7 times, and this experience was by far the best. I'll never use another service now that I've experienced the professionalism of A. Briggs. Next time, I will have peace of mind knowing that A. Briggs will handle my visa with expediency, courtesy, and professionalism. Thank you for a great experience!

Realized only two weeks before my vacation trip that my passport had expired. A Briggs was able to get my new passport in my hands with days to spare.
