annoying to deal with customer…
it’s annoying to deal with customer service wnho do not know your products and cannot think outside of the box. Some of these people work remotely and they don’t seem to know nor do they have coworkers to ask. They are not very well trained. rarely do I get someone who may be helpful. stop having remote workers. Most annoying is the phone calls early morning. Just because you start work early your customers don’t. we are sick so we sleep late.
