The customer service representative I spoke with while placing my order was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My phone call took less than ten minutes and, about three days later, my catheters arrived, exactly as ordered, properly packaged and in perfect condition. I have been an ABC Medical customer for several years now and every interaction I have had with them has been both pleasant and productive. I would recommend them highly and without reservation.

Crappy shipping! They used to ship to my house,now for some reason I have to go to the Post Office to pick up my prescription. Love the product but really disappointed in the shipping.

What I like most is that they keep me informed. They call when it's time for my supplies to be delivered. being sure I have enough until my next shipment. If they need information from my dr. they call directly.
