Customer service very polite and helpful. This time my order was shipped usps, usually FedEx. Took 10 days to arrive, ran out of supplies. Also, I used to get emails that order was shipped and being delivered. The emails stopped, I verified my email address with you. I have to keep calling to see if order is arriving.

I get an order every three months and sometimes they send a text or call to inform me and sometimes they don't so I will have to call. I can't depend on them to just send the order when they should. Recently my supplies were not available and could not get a reason why. I had to settle for something else that I hate.

The fast response to an order and the automated reminder to reorder. My only comment on the current product receive is that one out of every 4 boxes there would be one catheter that wasn't smooth. That would cause bleeding. I would like to receive a new product for testing to see if they are easier and more convenient to use.

Great product, great service

I have been ordering supplies from ABC Medical for about 10 years and everything has been perfection until this last time to order. I was advised to get a doctor prescription in order to renew my order. They told me what i needed from the doctor which I was able to get. So , every time I had the doctor send the info, they said they needed more info. This went on over and over to the point that it took 3 1/2 weeks to finally get my order which came all the way from Tennessee clear across the country instead of the nearby where house which is only 35 min drive away. Due to the fact that this whole thing took 3 1/2 weeks and I had to go to my doctor for temporary supplies. ABC Medical said they would send a temporary supply, but that took a Whole week of sitting around there before it was sent out.
