Martin
First, I want to say that overall, I'm satisfied with the ordering process, the alerts, and the products. My big complaint is the delivery. For some reason, you decided to repackage the product into larger boxes than the normal packaging. This resulted in not only a waste of boxes, paper, and, I'm sure, shipping, but it also made the boxes fairly unmanageable, and I was unable to carry them without unpacking them. Please look at this and change back to the way you usually do it.

Dear Martin , Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you are satisfied with the ordering process, alerts, and the products themselves. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the repackaging of your order into larger boxes. We’ve already shared your feedback with our shipping facility. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
