Employees don’t have answers, I need the portal!
It took multiple calls in order to have my catheter prescription refilled after being a customer for over a year. I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to find an employee who can get me set up with the portal. Every phone call I have to make takes an unacceptable long amount of time. I wish I could get help with the portal so I don’t have to waste so much time on the phone with people who can never seem to find answers to my questions.

Although I ran out of coloplast caths you substituted some other brand (Although quite inferior) until the Coloplast were available.

Drainage bag with no sampling port
I was trying to communicate if Bard had any drainage bags without a sampling port (2000 ml anti-reflux with one hanging hook) as it causes the catheter to twist more, which I didn’t know what it was called at the time so I was told nothing else is available. Please try to stock a different selection of Bard 2000 ml anti reflux with one hanging hook drainage bags
