Excellent customer service and super speedy delivery

Customer service rep was knowledgeable Delivery was fast.

Even though the product was delivered with a defect they did everything they could to rectify the situation in a timely manner. I love the umbrella and the base fits perfectly. The only complaint we have is the tabs on the base snap in as opposed to screw in. As a result the water leaks out.

Ordered a bass and umbrella. We were missing a part on the bass and they made it right by sending out another one! Excellent customer service! Wel made items.

Sturdy umbrella and love the swivel feature.

Purchased a hammock bed with canopy in April 2023. Used for 5 months. Canopy was always removed when not in use and stored in shed. Kept in shed for the winter. Used for 1 month in 2024 and the material on the canopy started ripping. Contacted customer service and was told I could buy a replacement canopy from another site for half of what I paid for the entire hammock. I told them that their solution wasn't acceptable and they sent me another email with the same link.

High Quality Products. Never disappointed.
