They told me they didn’t make the replacement canopy anymore for my model rectangular umbrella so they offered me 50% off a new umbrella so I bought one and it was shipped within five days. Excellent customer service!

Ordering was easy and shipment was fast. I have ordered in past years from Abbapatio, so understood their quality was better than other umbrellas. Here in Mesquite, Nevada it can stay over 100 degrees F every day in July and most days in August. We have 9 umbrellas around our pool and 3 of them are from Abbapatio. We particularly like the way the spines are securely attached on the outer end of the umbrella canvas. Material is also a bit thicker than other umbrellas.
