This is the third time I've ordered from aBaby. The quality of the products are consistent.

Mattress came on time and right size as requested.

Waited 3 weeks for my granddaughters 1st birthday gift. When I called to Check status I was told that it was on back order for at least two months. I was told that someone was supposed to reach out at the time of my order but that didn’t happen.

Excellent quality!! Puzzle Stool arrived early!

Perfect custom mattress!

I placed my order online once I completed my order I realize I ordered one too many of the sheets, able to call and immediately speak to customer service representative who fixed my order. My order arrived on time and exactly what I wanted.

I'm disappointed that I have ordered three (3) Puzzle name step stools and have not received them yet. One was ordered in December, 2022 and I still have not received it. I ordered two more in the beginning of February and I still have not received. I do hope I receive them soon. I do love the quality of the step stools and that is why I continue to order them from you. But, the waiting time is not very good.

The custom made mattress fit the cradle perfectly. It is a great mattress for a great price.
