I placed my order in early July after having received a previous order that fit my custom mattress needs for my baby’s mattress. I got confirmation immediately and then heard nothing further about my order. I emailed multiple times trying to locate the shipment and received no response. Finally, almost a month after my initial order, I told the customer service I was going to request a refund from my credit card and then they finally responded saying one of the fabrics I ordered was no longer in stock so they hadn’t made my order. I elected to get a refund for the one sheet and have them send the other two sheets as ordered. When I received the sheets, they did not fit the mattress size and were extremely large and did not even match the size of one another despite the fact that the same dimensions were provided for each sheet. I reached out about the size problems and they did not ever respond. I am very dissatisfied with these sheets and lack of communication from customer service with multiple issues. It seems that sometimes they can complete the orders in a timely manner with correct sizing but other times they cannot do this. Given the price that I paid for these custom sheets, this is unacceptable!

I ordered custom sheets for my "short queen". mattress. While the package listed the correct dimensions, the fitted sheet was wildly too large. 12" too wide and doubt 5" too long. In my estimation it was a sized for a King. While their website says they answer back between 24 and 35 hours, they did not. I have sent a second email but am not expecting much. I'll work with my credit card company to resolve the issue.

I purchased 2 personalized Baby Lovey's as gifts. I expected my personalization to look like the pictured sample and one did but smaller than expected. The other was even smaller and the first letter was crooked. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement which a week later I had to prompt them again. They apologized and said that they didn't feel the first letter was crooked but said they would send another one out. Five weeks later I reached out asking where my replacement was and another week goes by before they said it was sent out 2 weeks ago. So according to them 9 weeks and no tracking information for me. The product was nice but their customer service is awful.

I have ordered a custom fitted sheet. The sizing on the sheet I received is completely off. After two emails and a voicemail, i am still waiting on a response from this company.

This company is amazing! I ordered a moses basket for my granddaughter in white. When I changed my mind and wanted to change the color to ecru, I emailed them and got an immediate response saying my order had been updated. I even received a call from them. Yesterday it arrived after and only a few days and it is gorgeous! Be confident buying from them….they will not disappoint. Thank you for being a company of integrity
