Been using Aaptiv for almost 2 months now and have found the app to be mostly error-free, easy to use and the online community and customer service to be very responsive, supportive and helpful. Descriptions help users find their level of exercise and sessions allow modifications if you cannot execute as described. Has been a good tool for motivation and accountability. Recommended to many friends and acquaintances. Love it!

I thoroughly enjoy the variety and options I have access to with this app. My one critique would be to add a video component on the website that shows the proper way to do various exercises- sometimes I just can't visualize what the instructions are saying. Thanks.

This has been life-changing for me, I love exercise and make time to workout every day, but sometimes lacked the motivation or knowledge to do much other than cardio. With Aaptiv I just open the app, select a workout, and the rest is done for me. Love it!
