AaptivReviews of aaptiv.com

life changer. game changer. attitude changer. It's an awesome way that aaptiv has incorporated motivation, training and actual "person" coaches who are awesome. their use of social media and real face to face engagement, not robotic is phenomenal. I feel as if these coaches are my own personal coaches with a real time personal relationship. only hope as aaptiv grows they don't lose sight of this amazing component. thank you!!!

aaptiv got me running again after 13 years. there are plenty of coaches and workouts to choose from. I used a program for a “run your fastest mile” training and am now doing a 5K training program. I highly recommend this although I only do the outdoor running specials there seems to be tons of other workouts available. The only reservation I have is that sometimes it’s hard to search and find programs when you’re looking for say a six week or an eight week program rather than just individual-day workouts.

Love the app and the workouts.

I needed that voice in my ear, pushing me to keep going and that’s what I get with Aaptiv. I love the versatility of trainers and work outs. I love that you can customize a workout for your level and fit them to your schedule. I love the programs (although they could have more options for programs besides the 5k,10k, half and marathon programs that seem to dominate. Not everyone wants to run a half marathon

Can I have more stars? I have been wanting and all audio fitness app for so long, and Aaptiv exceeds all my expectations. The workouts are clear, and the coaching is motivational while pushing me. I can now run farther, and I am much stronger than when I started last summer. I recommend this app for anyone likes the idea of classes, but does not want to fit into a gym’s schedule, or anyone wanting to run, but maybe finds it boring.

Playlists could be more modern or could show a song list so you could avoid a workout instead of experiencing that disappointment or de-motivation in the middle of a run. Would love to be able to see which workouts I have rated low so I can avoid choosing them again or maybe avoid a trainer whose style doesn’t work for me. Would love to see more workouts from Caeser, Ben and John - they are so positive and make workouts great!! Can we include calories and miles for walking or active meditations? It would be nice to track those in the app instead of having to track it elsewhere.

I love Aaptiv’s variety of workouts and excellent trainers - they have something for every mood and every person.

A great community of awesome trainers and motivated peers. I haven't had this much fun working out and haven't worked this hard since I began my fitness journey almost 10 years ago. Downloading this app was the best decision I've ever made for myself, my physical well-being and mental health/attitude. Thank you!!
