Unbelievable. I purchased this app 2 years ago for I think 49.99 at that time. Their “cancel anytime” was appealing. No strings attached I thought. I barely used the app and quite frankly between nursing school , work and planning my wedding, I forgot about this app, heck I got a new phone and the icon for this app is not even on my new phone. So I forgot about this. Fast forward to today, I got charged 99.99 for an app I haven’t touched. I tried calling them and leave a message to no response. Then went on their website and saw their no refund policy in small print. They got me! Big time. I’m a college student. I was going to buy textbooks with this money. This is a total scam, don’t waste your money on this, once they get a hold of your debit card info, you are done. Someone from Aaptive needs to contact me and refund my money ASAP!! If I don’t get my money back I will report this business to the BBB

Still charged after Subscription canceled, due to a time difference had been charged the yearly membership (around $140 AUD), reached out to Aaptiv support they told me there was nothing they can do very unhappy.

A deceitful company. I was planning on enrolling in a month-to-month plan after my free trial. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family, and since I did not think of canceling my free trial and switching to the monthly plan on the day of a funeral, I was charged over $100 for a year subscription. I reached out to both Aaptiv and Apple, who say there's nothing they can do. Horrible experience. Horrible company.

So yesterday I was charged around 88.00€ for the app. 1 - I tried the free trial, i cancelled the subscription even before the trial ended. 2 - at APP store there's any information about this charge. 3 - Is impossible to restore the purchase through the app, since they say there's any subscription. Solution: Put the money back in my account, otherwise i have 0.17€ until the end of the month!

I love this App!! I've been working out for 30 plus years and thought i'd done just about everything there is. My daughter told me about it so I tried. I started off using it on my runs and it has been AMAZING!!! It has definitely made me a better runner, increased my time and my endurance. I start off my day using it to run. Some days on the Treadmill and some days outside. Then at lunch I use it at the gym. First on the stair stepper or treadmill. Then I alternate using it for core, upper body, lower body and stretching!! I'm obsessed. Working out as long as I have, it had gotten stale. With this Aaptiv I look forward to my workouts again !!!

This app is truly life changing. It makes me LOVE cardio. I use it six days a week since the day I started. I tagmy trainers in my posts and they comment back. Ackeem, Ben, John, and Meg are THE greatest 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

This app provides entertaining, challenging workouts to fit multiple levels and lots of moods. It's great!

I really love this app, and the online community as well! I've loved just about every workout and have so many more I'm dying to try! The challenges are some of my favorite ways of getting motivated and the themed classes make working out even more fun. I'd love to see pilates or barre classes on here in the future and maybe some outdoor bike rides. until then, keep up the good work!
