Honestly nobody care. It wasn’t entirely as I had expected from what they labeled. I got the product for a backyard decoration party and it sucks. I had to go buy other materials to fix the damn thing. Which made the whole cost more expensive.

Shipping was a terrible experience. Then the kit arrives the directions didn't even match the pieces to the kit. I was missing footings so had to go buy material to do that. Then, many of the pieces were missing the color coded labels. Lastly, you would think for the price there would be some pre drilled holes.... there isn't. If you are okay with overpaying for basically just precut boards then I'd go for it, but this was absolutely not worth the money. Also, they said easy to install regardless if the ground is level the way their system is designed actually made it more difficult than building from scratch when trying to level it.

The ease of ordering my new deck, the cost was in line with my budget. The staff was professional and answered all my questions. The delivery was ok but had its own challenges. Luckily I didn't mind helping the poor delivery driver unload over a ton of materials. Perhaps next time A-DIY Decks will choose a different delivery company that will staff it's delivery trucks with the correct amount of drivers and helpers. Overall I would rate your company a 7 out of 10, only because of the negative experience with delivery.

The customer service from day one was great. I had not seen the specific size deck I wanted so reached out and the team was very responsive and said it wasn't a problem at all accommodating the size I needed. Absolutely everything needed came with the kit. I didn't need to get anything extra. The build process could not have been simpler.

The salesman answered all my questions. I was able to track my order easily. When it arrived there was one cracked board. I took a picture and responded to the email they sent asking if the order had arrived in good condition. I received my new board within a week. The quality of the wood was outstanding! The instructions are clear and all the pieces are clearly marked. We have already highly recommended ADIY to our friends. We will be putting it together next week and are beyond excited!

I bought 12x12 pressure treated deck. Great company communication throughout. All materials come packaged in a crate (too heavy to lift, so delivered in a convenient spot next to house). The material is packaged in order of use as you take from the top, allowing us to time our build over several evenings without having lumbar scattered across the yard and remaining protected in the crate. Instructions are clear and there’s also an online step by step video guide. I’m not a construction oriented individual, but my wife and I put it all together (including site prep) in four evenings. About 16 hours, including beer breaks - and it still came out level and great looking. We put a sauna on it and now it’s our favorite place in the yard. Easy, painless, cost effective. Am planning on a second deck and will use A-Diy again.

I ordered the 16 x 28 composite deck in grey, with 39 inch risers, for my front porch. It went together very well. I love it. I am so happy with it that I ordered another 16 x 28 for my back porch. The front is finished except the gazebo and rod iron railings ( which will be later). The back porch is almost finished, and I ordered another smaller deck for my sliding glass door. 5 star.

Precut and color coded pieces were extremely easy to work with. Good quality material. Instructions were "ok". Struggled with a few things not clear. Not all boards were predrilled which would have been easier if they were. ONE JOIST WAS MISSING. This was a big deal. We were in the middle of the assembly when we realized there was one missing. We didn't have time nor patience to contact and wait for a replacement so we purchased one ourselves.
