Hi Marie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an honest and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you sharing both the challenges you experienced and the positive outcome. We're thrilled to hear that you love your finished A-DIY deck and that it turned out beautiful and sturdy. At the same time, we're sorry the installation wasn't as smooth as it should have been. We understand how frustrating it can be to run into issues like warped or incorrect parts, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we worked to make things right. Thank you as well for the kind words about Jay. We'll be sure to share your message with her, she'll be delighted to know she made a difference. Our team is committed to supporting our customers every step of the way, and we're glad we were able to turn your experience around. We're so glad to hear that the instructions, especially when paired with the A-DIY app, made the build easier and that everything fit together the way it was designed to. Hearing that you're happy with the quality of the materials and the finished result is exactly what we strive for. And we have to say, we loved your pro tip about keeping an extra drill battery charged for the bazillion screws! 😊 That's great advice, and we're sure it'll help future A-DIY builders prepare for their own projects. Thank you again for trusting A-DIY with your deck project. We truly appreciate your support and hope you enjoy spending time on your new deck with family and friends for many years to come.
