Second week without refill….
I have been with 9am for over a year now and their services is drastically declining. I don’t use their services outside of my refill. The consultations are generic and don’t really work for me, I go to my PCM. But it seems getting my refills have become such a chore. Communication is minimal now that AI has taken over the chats. I am on my second week without my refill. To be fair they don’t have this problem pulling my payments for service.
