If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please find a PCP to monitor and advise you based on your personal needs. 9am health's cookie cutter approach is negligent to consumers. If your employer sold you out so your glp1 is only covered if you use 9am, advocate for yourself to ensure that you are properly monitored for side effects. 9am health is just collecting data on you that they "share" for financial gain.

The worst decision the State of Georgia…
The worst decision the State of Georgia has made was handing its paying SHBP members over to this bottom-feeding company. Instead of creating barriers for every member who legitimately needs their medication, why not hold prescription abusers accountable? We have wasted countless hours waiting on responses, only to be told more information is needed each time. I have now gone THREE weeks without a prescription—even though I have a current prescription with available refills, current labs, and PCP visits. Paying members deserve better than this.
