Poor customer service for GLP-1
I signed up for 9am Health’s GLP-1 program and scheduled my initial visit. On the day of my appointment, I received a call informing me that the provider would not be available, so I had to reschedule. When I finally spoke with the provider, we discussed my medical history, including my prior use of a compounded version of the medication. Everything seemed good to go. However, after my appointment, I experienced ongoing issues with communication. I reached out via their online chat to ask when my medication would ship but received no response for several days. After following up multiple times, I finally got a reply stating they needed more information—something that could have been communicated much earlier. This cycle of delayed responses and unanswered questions continued for weeks. In the end, I never received the medication and decided to cancel within the month. The lack of clear communication and responsiveness was frustrating, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend 9am Health.

Big huge waste of time
If you like jumping through hoops for healthcare, then this is the place for you. They provide zero information on what’s required from you to benefit from their “healthcare” programs. And then they make decisions for your healthcare that make no sense. Their explanations for their decisions are preposterous. Very discriminatory in their practices. Definitely would not recommend.

Regarding medication, we understand it can be frustrating not being able to start on medication immediately. Any medication for weight loss works best, as seen in all the studies, when it is started alongside a structured weight loss program. Most people do not have access to ongoing nutrition and lifestyle support, and we want to ensure that you have all the tools you need to be successful, with or without medication.
