Took almost 1 year, but now they shipped it out. Guess you just have to be patient. They are probably a very small team for a lot of orders and some orders get lost. After contacting them multiple times the items were finally sent out.

Here I am writing another bad review because this is the only way they will respond to your emails I ordered 4 items in April it is now July they wouldn’t respond until I left them a bad review then tried to bribe me with a 20$ gift card for my “troubles” which I won’t be using because I won’t ever be purchasing from them ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it either they reached out after my first review and told me that one of my items was sold out and that was what was taking so long which should be impossible considering they don’t make the items till after you order them so how could something be sold out ??? But they replaced the item with something else which I was semi ok with and told me my order would ship soon it is now 2 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING NO SHIPPING UPDATE NO RESPONSE NOTHING !!!!! They won’t respond to your emails either so I encourage everyone that is having any problem with them please leave them a one star review I wish you could leave a zero for how terrible this company is I don’t understand how they are still in business !! ORDER #JW7237179 Is my order number now please get back to me !!!! And everyone else reading this I know you love juice WRLD but STAY AWAY FROM 999 CLUB!!!!!!!! Edit:week later still no response who’s suprised really TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!!!!! Edit 2 : ANOTHER WEEK NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!! Edit 3 : 4 weeks in total no response !!!! Edit 4: STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING !!!! EVERYONE PLEASE LEAVE THEM A 1 STAR REVIEW AND REPORT THEM TO THE BBB LETS GET THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TAKEN DOWN !!!!!!! Edit 5 it is now November and still have heard absolutely nothing !!!!!!!!! Don’t buy from this fraudulent company!!!!!!!!

Bonjour je suis français et fan de Juice Wrld , il y as plus de 2 mois j’ai fait une assez grosse commande , faisant confiance à se site mais après un assez gros désagrément , j’ai décider de prendre contact avec le marchand, aucune réponse Je ne sais ni comment réagir ni quoi faire , j’exigerai sois mon colis , sois un remboursement car j’en est réellement marre , j’en est baver pour pouvoir me payer ses vêtements , déjà que les frais de livraisons sont beaucoup trop chère mais avec les produits j’ai vraiment battu un record et je pensais être heureux de les avoirs . Rien , rien du tout , mon numéro de suivis est invalide, je ne peux plus suivre mon colis … j’ai vraiment l’impression de m’être fait arnaqué alors s’il vous plaît faite quelque chose , cela ne se fait pas … Ordrer Number : #JW7243089

I ordered 2 hoodies on sale and ive been waiting more than 3 months now after almost 50+ back and forth messages they decided to swap out my hoodie for a shirt i did not consent too basically downgrading what i purchased. then ghosted me for almost a week straight then decided to say that even the shirt they downgraded me to is back ordered and cant be printed i feel as though this point they are being petty and intentionally wasting my time. i have bought several times from this company and they treat you like u are nothing. they do not care about you, you are lucky to get and respone or even your order. i have asked them many many times to swap back to my hoodie and they just ignore that email. this has to potientally be the worst support i have EVER dealt with. I will be making sure i post how ive been treated everywhere and post all the proof of these emails showing just how petty they actually are. well done treating customers and fans who support juice wrld and run a business based on him straight into the ground. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, it is the worst mistake you will make with ur money you are more likely to recieve an item from wish on time before this company.

Beware Scam site. Placed an order 2 months ago and still don’t have anything. Placed a dispute with my bank and they are not returning my money. STAY Away they are ripping hard working people off.

Order #JW7178719 placed January 13 hasn’t been shipped. Email goes unanswered. Asked for refund but they wanted to replace one item (a beanie) with something of their choosing. There was a hoodie included in this order and they haven’t sent it either. 200 bucks down the drain and a very disappointed son who loves this artist.

We ordered more than a month ago for 248 euros. We didn't receive any confirmation, no answer to our complaint (they said they would answer within 7 days but no reaction) and no follow-up whatsoever. Reading all these reviews here, I fear it's a scam. I feel so stupid for not verifying this in advance ...

placed an order of $200+ over 2 months ago and have heard absolutely NOTHING back from them and my order doesn’t even show on the tracking app… i think this website is a scam don’t make the same mistake as me :)
