Priscilla & Melanie are very helpful! This was my second time taking out a loan at Loanmart and both times I was welcomed very kindly by the front Desk Rep. The Process is super easy but I believe customer service is everything and these ladies do an excellent job! Thanks again!

The process was so fast and made easy with the help of their employees. I was helped by Irene who was full of life and very knowledgeable.

Fast and easy! Applied online and got approved instantly. They go over everything with you by phone and explained the process thoroughly. Once I submitted my documents through text, they called me and directed me to one of their locations. Overall took me less than two hours.

Very nice staff that was accommodating of our desire for a quick turnaround and kept us well-informed during the process. A huge stress relief during a tight financial time. Would definitely do it again - glad my husband had the idea!

Customer service is great. I received my approval email told me to call and speak with a representative to see what documents I needed to send in. I called and the rep was very nice explained process and welcomed me to loanmart. He sent me an email w the docs I needed to send. I sent everything and called them to make sure everything was received. The rep explained he was getting my loan docs ready to be emailed to me for signature. I waited 3 hours and nothing. I finally called them back and was told my loan was not approved after all. I did not receive any email explaining this. So I could have waited all day waiting for my documents. They really need to make sure you qualify before wasting your time sending your id’s and bank statements.

I recently took out my second loan with LoanMart. The staff is professional and courteous, and have explained the loan process in detail. I would highly recommend LoanMart to anyone looking for a loan.
