LoanMartReviews of 800loanmart.com

MY experience with Loan Mart was excellent, everything was done in a timely manner. They explain the process very clearly. I was very satisfied and I would recommend them to my friends and family. GREAT JOB!

The problems I had was the hold time on the phone. I feel companies don't think that our time is important and keeping us on hold for extended periods of time is not beneficial. And when your in a bind the time drags. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated because I had to resend things that showed were downloaded. Other than those few problems I am happy with the process. Oscar and the people I spoke with were helpful and polite and as a senior I appreciate that. Thanks again Barbara

Amazing customer service!! Very attentive and helpful!!

The loan process was time consuming but well worth the wait. All of those involved did an excellent job in getting my loan approved. Thanks again. Thomas Mikolasko

Ricardo and his team were amazingly polite and professional during the whole process, that’s the only reason I am dealing with this company again.

Everything was thoroughly explained and expediently executed! Thank you so much for a smooth and supported process!!! ❤️

It was a stressful day (understandably, having to take a loan out on my car title) but loan mart made the process very straight forward and easy. The representative Val was who took care of my loan and she did an absolutely incredible job. I cant say enough good things about her: she was friendly, made me feel relaxed, was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process so easy and fast. Twice I sent her an email with a question and within 5-10mins she called me and thoroughly explained exactly what I wasn’t sure about. She also even said if I have any further questions or problems to email her any time…..Val is definitely a unicorn in the world of customer service. I can say this because I also work in the same career, in customer service over the phone, and know first hand how difficult it can be at times and I know Val is any companies dream employee. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise, regardless of her current title/salary. I hope loanmart knows how lucky they are to have Val as their employee. Thank you so much Val and Loanmart!! Also, I had a brief phone call with a rep named Eddie and he was also a very good customer service rep and even called to follow up with me, which was very impressive considering we spoke for maybe 3-4mins and I didn’t ask for a f/u. Thank you to Eddie as well!

Everyone I spoke to was helpful and very nice they made sure I understood everything that was going on in the process. They made it easy to get and I am very thankful for that..
