Overall It was a great experience that worked out better for me than anticipated. My only complaint is I got confused with resending documents that ended up NOT being necessary because this was a re-borrow as opposed to a brand new loan: ALL the info was the same. The terms this time were better serving for me with better terms and conditions. I’m thankful for my loan offices that assisted in the process.

Maria, the loan officer, was extremely pleasant, understanding and efficient. The staff were all very kind. My only concern was when the borrowed loan would appear in my bank account. In requesting that information I received 5 or 6 different responses. The money did arrive today, Wednesday. The loan request began last Friday, so that is pretty quick. Overall, I’m quite pleased and satisfied with the staff and company.
