Thank you, Santi & Alex - and 7th Ave.!
Love my 7th Ave. couch so much I ordered a couple more pieces to add onto it. Thank you so much to Santi and Alex for their white glove delivery service - they put it together for us (so relieved we didn't have to! haha), even moved my rug to make sure it was centered, they went as far as cleaning my dog's hair off the couch before steaming it. Thank you, Santi and Alex!

Thank you so much for the amazing review! We love hearing that you’re enjoying your 7th Avenue couch so much that you added even more pieces—that’s the beauty of modular living! Santi and Alex will be thrilled to hear your kind words. From assembling everything (so you didn’t have to!), to centering your rug and even removing your dog’s hair before steaming, that level of thoughtful care is exactly what our white-glove service is all about. Thank you for choosing 7th Avenue!

The delivery team was excellent but.....
The delivery team was excellent, but they notice that some of the pillows looked not normal after unpacking them. They told me to give it 2 days to see if they go to normal form... I contacted 7th avenue after 2 days because the pillows still dont look right.... That was almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the "amazing customer service" to call or contact me to fix this....

Thank you for sharing this — and we’re very sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. We’re glad the delivery team flagged the issue right away, and we apologize that you did not receive the email Logun sent. Our team shared some cushion care tips to help improve the shape. If those adjustments haven’t resolved the issue, please let us know, and we’ll take the next steps to ensure your couch looks and feels exactly as expected. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.
