Thank you so much for this incredible review! We’re thrilled to hear that your sofa has met your expectations and that the quality stood out from the very beginning. What means even more to us is hearing that our team exceeded your expectations. Providing thoughtful, attentive service is something we take great pride in, and we’re so glad Nick Baker, Nick Adams, and the rest of our Hollywood team made the experience such a positive one. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. Thank you for choosing 7th Avenue. We truly appreciate your trust and hope you enjoy your new sofa for years to come!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delays. We completely understand how disappointing it is to have ordered and paid for your sofa months ago, only to encounter multiple setbacks when you were ready to receive it. While we appreciate your flexibility in scheduling delivery around your renovations, we recognize that we could have handled the situation much better. We agree that clearer communication and more proactive outreach from our team would have made for a much better experience. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and are sorry we have not lived up to the standard you expected. We are reviewing your feedback internally, as experiences like yours help us identify where we need to improve. We hope that once your sofa arrives, it will meet the expectations that our service unfortunately has not so far. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
