613 OriginalsReviews of 613originals.com

This was my first time using 613 Originals and made the printing job pretty easy to do once I figured everything out. I definitely will be using them again. Stephanie

613 was easy to work with, their website was easy to navigate and if I needed any help, it was easy to talk to someone on the phone. They were eager to help out in any way!

We had a great experience working with 613 Originals for contract embroidery. Their service was reliable, communication was clear throughout the process, and turnaround times were exactly as promised. Most importantly, the quality of the embroidery exceeded expectations—clean stitching, consistent placement, and a professional finish that our client was very happy with. We’ll definitely continue using them for future projects.

This is the second time I have ordered from 613. The quality of their prints is amazing, the pricing is set for small businesses to profit, and the customer service is AMAZING!!! I needed help on my first order and had to call their customer service number and the experience was amazing! I used to order from Transfer express but now I am a buying from 613 Original!!

Received some prints that were cracking/falling off the transfer paper. Majority of the transfers didn't adhere well to the products, particularly the ones in full white. We rule out user error because we got the exact same designs in other colors that worked. Asked for a refund for the messed up prints we received and gave photo proof. They didn't want to give a refund because it'd be too difficult for them and only offered a coupon. After some back and forth I asked if they could just reprint them and they did. Didn't want to deal with the customer service again so we decided to take the loss and not ask for refunds for the low quality prints

Easy to order transfers. I called customer service to be sure I ordered the transfers correctly; the representative went through my order with me on the phone and confirmed everything looked perfect. Great quality transfers!

I recently ordered 2 color varsity transfers for a client's order. The quality was good, the colors were a little different than expected, though that happens with computer screens, it didn't match my PMS chart as closely as I hoped. The customer loved them, though, so that is the important part. Costs, delivery times, etc., were a bit difficult to deduce and I got the transfers later than expected, but at least they were here in time to complete the order. I would purchase these again.
