100% Satisfied
100% satisfied with 613 Originals...the customer service was excellent. I required assistance designing my order on two occasions, and both times my questions were answered very quickly and my problems were resolved. In addition to great customer service, when I received my order it was perfect. It also included additional gangsheets. I recommend 613 Originals for any of your printing needs.

Because u didn’t have an expensive heat press
We had a problem with the vintage transfer not sticking to the shirt. We sent videos and pictures and 613 just put it back on us saying it was because we don’t have an expensive heat press. They said that is why the transfers don’t stick. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this happen on 3 different heat press machines and they gave me the same excuse. I’ll never buy from them again.

Great product, instructions need work
The instructions for pressing the shirts aren't fully accurate, but luckily they send you examples that we were able to practice on first. We found out we needed about 4 minutes for the shirts when pressing. That is a huge difference with the suggested 7 seconds on the instructions. Otherwise it looks great and seems to stick very well on the shirts.

Thank you for the review, Anna! We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the challenges you faced with our application instructions. All of our transfers are engineered to be super easy to apply and should only take 10 seconds or less. We'd love to hear more about how you applied them and which machine was used so that we can ensure you're getting the top notch quality of a long-lasting transfer. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can best help!

My first order was perfect
My first order was perfect! Ordering was so easy. The transfers were delivered so quick and were great. The color was just as I expected and the 7 second press time is such a time saver! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you for a great product!

3D screen print puff not the right color
My screen print puff was a very dark blue (almost navy) on the transfer sheets. However, when pressed onto the shirt it lightened to a light blue and clashed with my pre purchased garments rendering unable to use. I contacted customer service, and although they polite, they did not offer any kind of correction for me. I was a first time customer with no wiggle room in my budget. At least they could have offered a reprint or store credit. We are talking $85, not just a dtf sheet. But sadly, they did not. I will not use this company again.
Response from 613 OriginalsMar 3, 2025
Lisa, we're really grateful to you for taking the time to leave this review. We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience with our Puff transfers. Due to the nature of the product, the color of Puff transfers will always lighten when applied. Although we offer the Puff Color Swatch Pack for customers to test these colors before they place an order, and post photos of the applied colors in our Support Center, we are currently reviewing how we can improve the visibility of our Puff colors, before and after application, throughout our website. We take feedback like this seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you'll consider using us again in the future.
