outstanding customer service, quick shipping

Placed an order on May 16th, it is now June 20th and I have not received my order, I spent over £80, it is not cheap. I have contacted them via email, one response 10 days ago saying they will check for me, no response since despite several emails from me. I would avoid this brand, haraam to take our money and not send us our products.

Sara emailed me to let me know my selection was out of stock and gave me a few options for the replacement item. I was happy I found another hoodie for the same price. Still wish I had the original item but I am happy with the replacement piece.
