order took forever to get here so annoying never had this problem before

Placed an order on May 16th, it is now June 20th and I have not received my order, I spent over £80, it is not cheap. I have contacted them via email, one response 10 days ago saying they will check for me, no response since despite several emails from me. I would avoid this brand, haraam to take our money and not send us our products.

Worst brand I’ve dealt with. Placed an order in March 7th. Got an email saying my items were shipped out. Then another email days later saying one item was out of stock. You would think the other items were sent out - nope. The shipping email was fake. It was March 19 and my items were still not sent out. I asked for my order to be sent priority in an effort for good customer service and my request was denied. Got a refund and never got my items.

Over a week, no shipping movement and requested to split the shipment now due to the delay, no response yet but I keep getting emails about more sales

I love the quality and look of the hoodie but the XXL size was very tight on me. I do not know if yall have an exchange policy. Again love the hoodies themselves.
