The clothing is well made, great quality actually (hence any stars at all), but their shipping information is not transparent. Items may ship from multiple countries incurring tariffs. The website has a vague warning that this might happen but gives the buyer no way of knowing which item is shipping from where so you have no way of judging what to purchase. If paying tariff-roulette is your thing, by all means, buy.

Almost three weeks later and it still isn’t even in the mail. After an email asking where it was I received a shipping notification, but over a week later it still hasn’t been given to USPS. I’m starting to worry this is a scam. *update* my order did eventually ship and arrive safely, although I didn’t get a reply to my customer service email until well after that finally happened. My son loves the hat but we would not order again due to all the delays and lack of communication. If you can’t ship something or respond to emails for weeks, be upfront about it to manage customer expectations.

The quality of the sweater I purchased for my husband isn’t the best. The stitching is crooked and looks odd. Dissatisfied.

The hoodie is too stiff. Should've used a softer material

Products from one order were good but my other order took almost a month and as I write this, I still haven't got it. No communication. Good product, bad service.
