I really like the design of the Hub hoodie with the embroidery and the brand name on the hood itself. However I purchased from this company when they first started and a couple times after and the sweater keeps changing in material and style. For example, the one I just got has stretchy material under the arms down to the bottom of the hoodie, which is t depicted in the image itself. Additionally, the seam of the tag was half sewn. It’s a bummer that quality and design isn’t consistent.

I love the quality of the shirt. But this isn’t true to size at all. I ordered an XXL of the POA shirt and it did not fit like a XXL shirt at all. It was fitted too snug

I would give you a 5 but I had ordered 2 hoodies and only received one. I had reached out right away via email as it’s the only form of communication regarding orders. It took a few weeks - after multiple attempts, to get a response back. I finally received my second hoodie after a month. I would say be better at communicating. Otherwise my daughter and I are happy with the hoodies.

Order received timely but damaged to a Hoodie. Tried to reach out to resolve multiple times but customer service very unresponsive. Hate giving bad reviews but basic customer communication follow up is terrible from company’s perspective. Sad

Delivery took to long

I did not receive my order. I reached out to their customer service team twice about it, and haven't heard back. Update: they responded and I got a refund for my order. It's a trustworthy and legit company - I'm only not going over 3/5 stars bc I never received my order and customer service can be slow is all.

Wrong Item ordered a crewneck which was in stock when I ordered it but they gave me an hoodie instead and they let me know through email before it was delivered. So I respect the heads up and effort
