Amazing customer service. Fast email response time. I was able to get a refund for a purchase I made of an out-of-stock item with no difficulty whatsoever.

I really like the design of the Hub hoodie with the embroidery and the brand name on the hood itself. However I purchased from this company when they first started and a couple times after and the sweater keeps changing in material and style. For example, the one I just got has stretchy material under the arms down to the bottom of the hoodie, which is t depicted in the image itself. Additionally, the seam of the tag was half sewn. It’s a bummer that quality and design isn’t consistent.

Products were really great, but the shipping wasn’t.

order took forever to get here so annoying never had this problem before

The clothing is well made, great quality actually (hence any stars at all), but their shipping information is not transparent. Items may ship from multiple countries incurring tariffs. The website has a vague warning that this might happen but gives the buyer no way of knowing which item is shipping from where so you have no way of judging what to purchase. If paying tariff-roulette is your thing, by all means, buy.

I have been emailing them about my order for an exchang in sizes.. They have yet to get back to Me. I even private messaged them on instagram

Great quality. Fast delivery.

Great quality of the material, t-shirt looks great, Delivery was smooth and on time.
