Great product, even better customer service
I had a sizing issue with a sweater I’d ordered. They were super responsive in addressing the issue and followed up when I hadn’t gotten back to them about which size I wanted to exchange for. They shipped the new item promptly. Great customer service. (I never leave reviews but I appreciated their service enough to write one.)

Good product, Bad service
Products from one order were good but my other order took almost a month and as I write this, I still haven't got it. No communication. Good product, bad service.
