Although I have only been doing wedding videography, I have been working on branching out for quite some time now. The sales for the past two years have really helped me so much. I am more confident and can watch the courses over when I need to. Anyway, I am just so happy I could buy these courses. I paid $157 and the course I was specifically looking for was twice that amount. Just feel really happy to have heard about this deal.

I have had problems with customer service trying to get my money back. They were not fully transparent about what was offered. In fact, they literally said nothing about the courses being only available for a limited time, and after spending 157 dollars for this garbage I'm angry. The courses are not professional in nature and they failed to disclose that not all courses are downloadable as well. Stay clear as the customer service will not help you and will continue to lie about whatever guarantee they offer. The only guarantee is your money is stolen once and for all for a bunch of poor content. Not to mention the fact that have the redeem codes you have to pay for and enter your personal credit card for.

Company responds with lies and don't believe any word that comes out there mouth the other review that's negative is the truth there liars. I never rated them positive in the past.

As previously noted through our conversations on our support channel, the the vast majority of the courses are downloadable or have lifetime access, as you know since you have already downloaded all of them. These are paid courses that were detailed at length on the sales page before your purchase. You downloaded everything on June 17th, and then proceeded to open a dispute (which we won) on June 24th. This seems to indicate that you just wanted to buy, download everything, and then get your money back and now you have been caught in your own scam.
Additionally, you already know how our events and products work because you purchased a previous bundle from us in 2017. At that time, you left us a glowing review:
"This was the bundle I have been waiting for a long time I finally got the cinechopper at a steal of a deal and many other awesome courses that I can finally learn. The best thing is the price tag was only 97 dollars for courses that easily cost thousands of dollars. There are so many downloads and courses for an aspiring video editor such as myself and having just got out of college I am looking forward to learning more."
This will be our last correspondence with you as I noted in our support channel. Berating my staff and making threats to anyone on my team will not get you a refund, but it will get you ignored and your tickets closed immediately.
(I will make a quick note here that if you're having trouble with redemption codes and being forced to enter your credit card information, you're doing something wrong. None of our redemption products require credit card information after a successful code redemption. If you can respectfully ask our service team, they will help you.)

Low quality content, and no money back guarantee even though it says so on checkout page.
I only bought this deal because of the money back guarantee.
After skimming through the content for 1 day I found most of it to be pretty basic and some of it to be pretty poor quality..
One of the products is a webinar in 540 P.
Another is a real estate video course, where most of the clips are 3 minutes long to cover a topic.
I applied for my money back..they refused even though there is a clear 100% money back guarantee badge on the checkout page..Because according to them, this only applies if they can't deliver the promised material. Then you can't show a 100 % money back guarantee badge..
Stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

While we do have a money back guarantee, as our customer support team let you know, that guarantee applies to the rare circumstance of someone not being able to access the content. Since it is all digital and downloadable, we cannot offer refunds as it would go against some of the refund policies of our contributors, and we must abide by their content rules.
Each product is described in detail on the sales page. We do know that the webinar product you mentioned is in 540p, however the content is valuable beyond the presentation. We would have liked for the video to be higher quality as well, but as resellers, this is how the content was presented originally, and that's how we must sell it. However, the product itself is good in terms of learning value.
There are many other products in the bundle that are more than worth the price of the entire bundle and we hope you'll find value in those.
