Bought some videomaking workshops for a great price BUT I can access only to the half of it because I need redemption codes. It says I need to login into the 5daydeal account to get tho codes. Unfortunetelly I wrote my email and password and it shows wrong password or that I missed oportunity to download it because it's too late. I wrote them an email to the support center but there's no response. I tried to change my password but email from this website never came back with reseted password.I tried it multiple times but nothing happens. I am very disapointed. Even on contact us formular there's no button to send it and I had to do i somehow via their chat. There was written we will send you response in 24 hours. its 4 dayz and nothing ——————————————— Edit- after another email I sent, I finally get response from them and get my redemtion codes finally aswell.

I can see you wrote to us on June 18, 11:13am and we replied with all the information needed as well as redemptions codes less than 8 hours later on June 18, 5:28pm. I can also see you viewed our reply on July 31 @ 3:15 pm. I can also see you contacted us with essentially the same questions on June 21, 1:57pm and we replied by June 21, 3:30pm and you viewed on July 7 @ 8:10 am. Since you are not viewing our email for many days later is there maybe an issue with your inbox or are our replies getting caught in SPAM?
