The delivery took exactly one week across Europe. I was kept informed every step of the way and my order was packed well and everything intact inside. I’m glad I ordered from 50ml!

This is an incompetent web site. Even after reaching out to customer service I did not receive the correct items. I ordered shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. I got soap, soap dish and perfume. After contacting customer service I was sent the hand lotion and more perfume. How can an order be so wrong.

I received my bottle of perfume from Italy to the USA very quickly! The quality of the fragrance ‘Don’t Ask Me Permission’ is wonderful - a beautiful lasting scent. I am sensitive to most fragrances but I can wear this one with no issues, the ingredients are pure.

Loved the great selection of fragrances, though I wish more had sample options. Overall the pricing is good and the diverse shipping options are affordable though a bit confusing. However, I ran into three main problems: 1- The account making process was awkward, and when it wouldn't let me login to my account, I tried resetting my password but it still didn't work. Ended up logging in using gmail, but it seemed to create a separate account despite it being the same email? 2- Paying with paypal did not seem to work and gave me a short-lived shock when the money was taken without the order being confirmed, but it was quickly refunded by paypal 3- It took me a whole week to get an update on whether my order is being processed, that's expected for the decanting process, but it would've been nice to receive more updates rather than instantly going from confirmation to shipping. Overall I'm still happy with the result inspite of the unusual first impression, and look forward to ordering more samples or full bottles in the future, as the shipping costs are very reasonable.
