I place my first order for a couple of samples and had to wait as one was out of stock. When they arrived, packed in just a corrugated cardboard envelope, one sample in glass had smashed and I ended up with glass shards everywhere. The company apologised and said they would send me 5 more free samples, which I had to chase. They have just arrived in this country and fed-ex say I’m liable for charges of €10 euros which they have paid already and are now billing me for free samples??? The package didn’t say what it was, had no value on it so I don’t know how anything was calculated. Was going to refuse delivery but the driver said they wouldn’t release the package if there were charges, but I get another message today to say that they are due !

Ho acquistato un profumo da loro. Pacco ben fatto e arrivato in 4 giorni. Ma all'interno non c'era nessun campioncino. Onestamente è la prima volta che mi capita. Qualsiasi profumeria inserisce campioncini prova in omaggio. Ho scritto loro domandando come mai e la risposta è stata che non li ho chiesti. Poco cortesi e professionali. Ci sono tante profumerie che trattano profumi artistici e di nicchia. Personalmente non ordinerò mai più da 50ml. Sconsigliato.

I was slightly nervous about ordering from a site I hadn't previously heard of, but - being UK based - this was the only place I could find that would sell me an Aedes de Venustas perfume I wanted. I checked with Aedes, who confirmed that 50ml were a legitimate stockist based in Italy and not a grey market site. Anyway, the order went totally smoothly, there were no import taxes or extra charges, and I'm delighted with my perfume!

I have already ordered twice from this website. The first time with samples, and the second time with samples and Marfa Memo perfume. And each time they put some kind of gift. Thank you so much! All the perfumes are original as I am familiar with many of the fragrances. Delivery to Ireland takes 1 week. I wish they would replace the sampler bottles with better ones as these are a bit leaky and hard to press. I wish the site would get more positive reviews! And that the range becomes even bigger! Thank you!

I have placed 3 orders with them so far. My first came from Italy to the UK in roughly 10 days after the order was made but i did order on a Sunday so there is that to consider also. My 2nd order was also made on Sunday this week and it was shipped on the Thursday but it was a Monday holiday also so again there is that to consider. My 3rd order was placed on Wednesday and today (Friday) has yet to be shipped but i believe it will come in time like the first order did. I also got some nice free samples from them. So for me it has been a good experience. The only hold up i saw was with DHL Express but they notified me that the item was on hold which seems to mean it is just waiting for the next flight as the delay only lasted for a day then it was on its way again :) They are the same people at 50-ml.co.uk btw.
