The prices and variety of European brands are great! The packaging is poor. Received my products almost all with a smashed packaging. Not really cool for such luxury brands like these. Never received complimentary samples which they offered to add to the order

Love the fragrances, and appreciate the free samples but it took almost a month for me to receive them.

The fragrance arrived well wrapped. Shipping takes a few weeks. I had to contact the company for tracking info. Customer service response is within a day. I removed star because my offer included a sample kit and it was not sent.

You have always served me in an excellent way, and sent samples that have ended up being converted into a bottle. But I sent my last order, they didn't send me samples, and only an empty box came without the sample.
