It takes too long for fragrance to be deliver.

I was looking forward to receiving my sample pack. Unfortunately the atomizers were of poor quality. They leaked and were hard to operate. Aside from that, the Cafe Tabac scent is extraordinary. It is easily on par with a more expensive product. - Phaedon - Tabac Rouge (Paris)

There was no disclaimer that the 2ml volumes were decants and not original sample bottles of the perfumes ordered, and they lasted very little.

Long wait for order. A month plus.

A few days after I placed my first order with 50-ml, I received an email that my order was put under review by their payment system. At this point, my credit card had already been charged. I was asked to provide a copy of my bank statement or a photo of my credit card as proof that it was me that placed the order. While I can appreciate the concern of fraud, I have never been asked to provide this kind of information. I emailed to request that my order be canceled and the refund was quickly processed.

It took a long time to arrive and did not like the scent. Not sure if it was because of the packaging but I'm glad I did not spend the money on a larger amount.

I don’t recall seeing many delivery options. I chose what I saw available. I am grateful to have received my package and in the event that I purchase again I will be sure to take a close look at what options are available to me with regard to delivery. Best regards

I place my first order for a couple of samples and had to wait as one was out of stock. When they arrived, packed in just a corrugated cardboard envelope, one sample in glass had smashed and I ended up with glass shards everywhere. The company apologised and said they would send me 5 more free samples, which I had to chase. They have just arrived in this country and fed-ex say I’m liable for charges of €10 euros which they have paid already and are now billing me for free samples??? The package didn’t say what it was, had no value on it so I don’t know how anything was calculated. Was going to refuse delivery but the driver said they wouldn’t release the package if there were charges, but I get another message today to say that they are due !
