I was impressed with the speedy delivery

I was delighted to find these products online and at a fair price. So happy to have them.

The worst experience ever, do not buy from them if you are overseas. I placed an order a month ago and the order did not move for a month too. Contacted support and they said: "We apologize for the incovenience occuring. It seems like your order has been left behind by our warehouse colleaguees and it wasn't dispatched correctly. We would like to prepare it and send it again, this time using FedEx express delivery in 4 -5 days if that's ok?" I said it is fine. You know what she responded: "We are ready to ship your order through FedEx dangerous goods but the shipping cost isn't covered. There are 50 euros to be paid to ship your order with fast delivery. Are you willing to pay for the 50 euros or do you prefer to cancel the order?" So after a month of waiting, their stupid mistake, and they want me to pay for the shipping. Mind you that I contacted them a week before that. She said oh the delivery time is still respected. Very stupid company with very stupid customer service. Not professional at all. I dont advice to buy from them. I went through shit and been treated like a shit.

Correct product arrived in a timely fashion!

They had a cologne that was sold out all over the world. Shipped to me in the U.S. in about 5 days. Very responsive when I asked a question.
