Excellent service and the best price I could find on the drone I was looking for.

Sold me a drone on their website that was discontinued so I purchased another one. They charged me for both and it took a solid 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to actually get the refund for the discontinued drone. Peter is very helpful but I never spoke to anyone else other than him. Debated between 3 and 4 stars because I got a good drone for a good price. The refund was the only frustrating part.

Made an order on Jan 31 and it's now Feb 14th and still no delivery. Come to think of it, no delivery, no follow up, no tracking number emails...nothing? Called a couple times and was told it was on it's way but on it's way doesn't help me. Money was taken from my account almost 2 weeks ago and at this point Im a bit concerned I got scammed. Thankfully I used PayPal so I feel Im a bit protected but really, to save $50 Im not sure it's worth it ordering from this company. I thought it was funny they sent me a review email but they couldn't send me a follow up email, an its out of stock email, tracking email, hey mate p*ss off email, nothing...but I got a review email so here it is. Very disappointed at this point and am giving them 1 more day before I contact the BBB and PayPal. Like I have time for all of that right? lol Good luck on ordering from this company.
