Horrible company. Horrible experience. Horrible service. They sell other people’s damaged returns as new. Products arrived in random packaging a month after their “5 to 7 day shipping” I live only a couple hours away from them!!! Clearly not a new item as their site claimed. Sent it back and it’s been 3 months and still no refund. I’m taking them to court. False advertising, fraudulent schemes. Don’t believe any positive review. They leave those reviews for themselves.

Avoid this company like the plague. They sell products that they do not have in stock, the promise five day shipping on products that they don’t have in stock. They promise you a refund when it’s been two weeks and they’ve not communicated with you at all that they don’t even have the product- They can’t tell you when they’ll have it. Forcing one to file dispute with their credit card company.

STAY AWAY. I ordered a drone package that was to include a new drone and a backpack. I confirmed before ordering, when ordering and after receiving that this was to be a NEW drone! The backpack never came! The drone packaging was not like the new one I had purchased directly from the supplier a year earlier. It was missing the cardboard wrapper and the case was not secured. There were handwritten notes referring to specific photo numbers inside the case with the drone. I called the manufactured and they confirmed that based on the serial number this was not a new drone. I contacted 4k4less and they denied but agreed to take the drone back. The did not send the FEDX return documents. They have not answered their phone or answered any emails since. Major ripoff!!! Do not do business with this company!

I bought a Nikon camera with an extra battery on August 4, they sent me the camera via the slowest transportation and with the wrong battery (Canon instead of Nikon), I called twice and both times after a long wait they agreed to send me the right one, STRAIGHT LIES! they never sent them and almost 2 months after my order I'm still waiting for my battery. My emails to customer services are ignored, Don't do business with this unethical company. No wonder BBB has it rated at D- the lowest available - My Rating is lower, an F- don't do business with them!

5 stars is not enough for how much appreciated all John did for me, and ordering everything I would need. I wouldn't deal with any other places..10 stars!!!!!

Ordered $200 lowpro backpack from them, said it was in stock.... 4days later no email with tracking number, used contact form on website to inquire, no answer after 5more days, so I called them ... Item was never I stock and was "just" ordered In a regular stocking order... So they sat on my order for 9 days without even ordering my item... I asked how long it would take to receive item... Was told they don't know... Asked if they could check and was told they would email me back.... I waited all day and nothing so called back at end of day and they said they had been busy and hadn't checked.... I asked to cancel my order... Still waiting for refund.... I hope I dont have to dispute this with paypal.! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.... BAIT YOU WITH LOW PRICE AND NEVER DELIVER!!! They do business as several different company names too as to hide their bad reviews... 4k4less, Drones4less, ect UPDATE10/1: They never refunded my payment and I am now having g to go through the dispute process with PayPal to try to recover the money I paid them for an item never shipped.. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
